Join us in the bar at the Star each and every Sunday night for some major league fun this season. We'll be screening the Sunday night ballgames while serving up a roster of housemade ballpark fare from Hot Dogs with the works to Pretzels. We'll back it all up by tapping a special authentic cask-ale each week, along with some other fun beer + drink specials. So grab your glove and come on out to the ol' ballgame.

Bid farewell to the World Cup with us at the Evening Star Cafe this Saturday for a fun-filled neighborhood afternoon of world class World Cup Soccer, fine food, beer, wine and friends.

We'll be broadcasting the game on our brand new bigger-than-big screen tv - both indoors and out - all the while serving up a menu that includes Will's Slow-Cooked-Forever Forever BBQ Ribs, Genuine New England Lobster Rolls, Dogs with all the fixings, Burgers and Veggie Burgers and Ice Cream Sandwiches too.

While we reluctantly acknowledge the fact that the US did not advance, that's not going to keep us from keeping this an all-American celebration. To that end, we'll be serving up a fine roster of beers from everyman’s PBR to a few of the best craft brews produced stateside. Planet Wine will bring it with a slew of fun summertime bottles and a totally refreshing sparkling wine cocktail. We'll also have plenty of freshly squeezed lemonade, sodas and water available to everyone.

All are invited and there’s no fee to attend. Tickets will be sold for all food and drinks at the event and yes, we’ll have a tent for shade and rain. For more information, call 703.549.5051. Reservations are not necessary.
